Auto pay is required for all students. We do not except cash only, a debit/credit card must be placed on file to enroll in our program.
In order to better protect you, all questions about your contract can be answered by a Members Solutions representative.
To better serve our customers, cancelations and delinquent payments are not excepted at the facility. This keeps your information safe and confidential.

All members may freeze their membership for medical reasons with a written request from a doctor. There is no fee associated with medical freezes.
To qualify for this freeze type you must email supporting documentation to Members Solutions 7 days prior to your payment date.

Month to Month Cancelation
In accordance with California state legislature. You may cancel the contract if you move more than 25 miles from the health studio and are unable to transfer the contract to a comparable facility. To cancel on these grounds, the account must be in good standing, and it is the contract holder’s responsibility to provide proof of move. A license or ID with the contract holders new address is required as proof upon cancelation. A $100.00 fee will be charged to cancel on these grounds.
